For the last year or so I've been working with sports mindset coach, Kylie Roberts, and we've just written the first in a series of three articles for Running Fitness magazine on training your mind for long distance running. This isn't specifically geared towards ultras, but it's fair to say that the longer the distance involved, the more the mind comes into play.
